Our Story
Retrobyte Cybersecurity was founded on a simple belief: every organization, regardless of size, deserves access to honest, high-quality security expertise.
After serving in the military and transitioning to cybersecurity, our founder saw a gap in the market. Small and mid-sized organizations were being underserved either priced out of quality consulting or sold cookie-cutter solutions that didn't address their real needs.
Drawing on military values of integrity, discipline, and service, we built Retrobyte to be different. We don't outsource our work. We don't use fear tactics to upsell. We don't run automated scans and call it penetration testing.
Instead, we do the work ourselves, provide honest assessments, and build lasting partnerships with organizations that want to get security right without breaking the bank.
